Performance Assessment

Students should choose one of the companies they researched in Module 1and list two chemicals the company uses in its manufacturing processes.  Students will be required to do the following:

  • Create a Hazmat label for each chemical.
  • List the PPE and other safety precautions that must be taken when dealing with each chemical.
