Introduction: Many times, students struggle with what career they would even be interested in pursuing. It is important to provide students with opportunities to explore their interests and strengths to assist them if finding career that may fit those strengths and interests. There are several online and paper surveys that students can complete that will provide these important aspects.
This lesson will provide some links and insights for a few of these career survey tools. You can have students complete as many of the online or printable surveys they want to complete to allow them to explore and find their interests and strengths. Once students find out what careers they may be well suited for by looking at the results, they can then explore specific careers with the resources in Lesson #2.
